Privacy policy

This page explains what data sage.lat collects, what we use it for and how to ask us to correct or delete it. We collect the minimum needed to answer you, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone.

Who is responsible

SAGE is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • Assessment form: your name, your email and, if you give them, your company and WhatsApp number; your industry, what you want to solve and whatever you write as your goal. Also the language of the page and, if you arrived from a campaign or a link, where you came from. We use it to prepare the call and contact you. We only send you news if you ticked that box.
  • Page assistant: the text you type is sent to an artificial intelligence model to generate the answer. We don't store the content of the conversation. That's why we ask you not to write sensitive data there.
  • Visit measurement: pages viewed, the site you came from, device type and approximate country, and which buttons are tapped. It's aggregate statistics: it uses no cookies and can't identify you.
  • Abuse protection: to limit automated submissions we count how many times the form or the assistant is used from the same connection. We do it with an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that deletes itself in about 26 hours; the IP address is never stored in the clear.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit measurement works without cookies. The bot check may store technical data in your browser while it confirms you're a person.

About the artificial intelligence assistant

The assistant on this page is an artificial intelligence program, not a person. It answers with information about SAGE and can make mistakes: what it says is not an offer or a commitment, and it doesn't replace a conversation with our team.

It doesn't give legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and it isn't an emergency or emotional support service. If you or someone close to you is in danger or in crisis, contact your country's emergency services right away.

Who processes data on our behalf

We work with service providers that process data on our behalf and only for their own task: hosting the site and storing responses, generating the assistant's answers, visit statistics, meeting scheduling and email. If you pick a time for the assessment, the scheduling service receives your name and email.

To check that whoever submits the form or writes to the assistant is a person we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which collects technical data about the browser and the connection for that sole purpose, under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum: cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/

If you want to know which specific provider processes your data, write to [email protected] and we'll tell you.

Where it's stored and for how long

These providers may process data on servers outside your country. Form responses are kept for as long as the business conversation or the relationship with your company lasts, or until you ask us to delete them. The abuse counters delete themselves in about 26 hours.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop receiving news. Write to [email protected] from the email you used in the form and we'll answer within a reasonable time, at no cost.

Minors

This site is aimed at companies. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who we work with, we update this page and the date above.
